DOOR OPENING DOESN'T WORK
Check that you have a valid access to the gym or you have valid game reservation. The access for game reservations is valid 30 minutes before the start of the reservation.
You can see the valid gym access right in our apps. More detailed instructions for using the app and help with problem situations klick here.
Check that you key in the correct pin code when you come to the game reservation (the code has been sent to the e-mail of the shift booker in a separate message). Wait a moment until the lights on the keyboard stop flashing and try again, typing slowly and precisely.
If you have checked the above and the opening still does not work, call our helpline number, which you can find on the front door. NOTE! Let the call ring long enough for it to be connected to the person on duty.
I WANT TO JOIN A GYM, HOW DO I DO IT?
1. Download our phone application, which you can find in the app store under the name JPJ Liikuntakeskus
2. Register / Log in (Apps use the same credentials as in our online store)
3. Once you have logged into the JPJ App, go to our online store and choose the gym product that suits you from the KUNTOSALI section
4. Add the product to the shopping cart and pay with your chosen payment method.
5. Your right of access is updated directly to your user account and you can use our services immediately. The JPJ App acts as your key to the gym.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE GYM USING THE APP?

I WANT TO VISIT THE GYM, CAN I GET IN FOR FREE?
You can come and see our facilities during our customer service hours without paying or registering. However, if you want to work out in our gym, you have to pay. You can buy, for example, a one-time fee for the gym directly from our online store. With the payment, you can get to know our gym exactly when it suits you.
If you want to visit our gym for a workout without registering, you can also buy a one-time fee from our customer service within its opening hours.
CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON USE THE SAME 10 TIMES CARD?
No, all gym products are personal and cannot be shared with another person. Letting another person in with the same access right is prohibited!
CAN I BUY MORE THAN ONE 10-TIME CARD AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes, you can, but the 12-month usage period for all 10 cards starts from the date of purchase. If you already have a valid 10 card with visits left, you can also buy a new 10 card before the old one runs out. When you visit the gym, the system uses the visits that expire first. Please note this if you are buying different cards, e.g. mon-fri morning and all times.
MEMBERSHIP OF A MINOR
The age limit for temporary memberships and one-time / 10-times cards is 13 years.
The age limit for membership valid for the time being is 16 years.
The guardian is always responsible for training the minor. Please note that our premises are not always staffed. We recommend the guidance of a guardian or personal trainer for a young trainer's first visits to the gym.

CAN I TRAIN WITH MY OWN PERSONAL TRAINER / PHYSIOTHERAPIST?
Yes, but the external Personal trainer or physiotherapist must pay the gym usage fee.
Personal trainers/physiotherapists can buy our gym products from our online store, after that they can enter the gym. Outside of our customer service hours, everyone who enters must use their own valid personal right of way.
HOW CAN I EDIT THE PAYMENT INFORMATION OF MY valid for the time being (CARD CHARGE) MEMBERSHIP?
You can edit the information of contracts with card charge as a payment method in the online store's.
1. Select (upper right corner) OMAT TIEDOT under you own name (first three lines on a mobile device)
2. Select SOPIMUKSET (agreements)
3. Klick the series of numbers under text SOPIMUSTUNNUS (agreement id).
4. After this, the contract details will open and at the bottom you will find the item ''päivitä maksutapa'' (update payment method).
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY CURRENT MEMBERSHIP?
INVOICING AS PAYMENT METHOD
Termination of contracts must be done at our customer service during times when our customer service is open or by email. The notice period is 1 calendar month.
CARD CHARGE AS A PAYMENT METHOD
It is possible to cancel contracts with card charge as a payment method in our online store.
1. Select (upper right corner) OMAT TIEDOT under you own name (first three lines on a mobile device)
2. Select SOPIMUKSET (agreements)
3. Klick the series of numbers under text SOPIMUSTUNNUS (agreement id).
4. After this, the contract details will open and at the bottom you will find the item ''päätä sopimus'' (end the ).
Termination takes effect at the end of the paid period, without a notice period.
How can I make a game reservation?
1. Register / login in our online store (verkkokauppa).
2. Select MAILAPELIT (rack games) and select the desired sport.
3. Select the date, time and court, click on the time of your choice from the booking calendar and select the duration of your game booking (for example 1 hour) from the pop-up window.
4. When you have chosen the length of the reservation, click TEE VARAUS (make reservation) and SIIRRY KASSALLE (go to checkout).
5. Pay for your reservation with the payment method you want and you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail and a separate message with your pin code to enter.
6. Share the pin code you received with your game friends, everyone who is coming to the reservation must use the same pin code to enter.
IF I MAKE A GAME RESERVATION FROM THE ONLINE STORE, HOW DO I GET IN?
After paying for your purchase in the online store, you will receive a pin code that you can use to enter the sports center.
The code is active 30 minutes before the start of the shift. When our customer service is open, you can get through the front door without a code, but this is always needed at the gate.
All people who come to your game reservation use the same code, so the person who made the reservation must share their pin code with the other players. The booker is responsible for who uses the code.
WHERE CAN I CHECK MY PIN CODE?
You can check your pin code in our online store from your user account information.
1. Go to our online store and log in. You can also log into your user account via our website.
2. In the upper right corner you will find your name (3 lines on a mobile device) and clicking on it will open a menu where you can find ''Omat tiedot'' (My information).
3. There is a section ''kulkuoikeudet'' (access rights) in your own information, by opening it you can see your own pin code.
Your PIN code always remains the same, so the same code always works on the shift you have booked.
HOW CAN I CANCEL THE RESERVATION I BOOKED FROM THE ONLINE STORE?
1. Go to the ONLINE STORE, select the racket games and the sport for which you have made your reservation.
2. Above the booking calendar on the right side is the box 'VARAUKSET'' ('Reservations), click on the box.
3. A window will open showing your reservations.
4. Find the reservation you want to cancel and click on the red "PERUUTA'' (Cancel) box of the reservation.
Note! The cancellation must be made at least 2 hours before the start of the reservation, in that case the balance used to pay for the shift will be returned to the online store to ''lompakko''.
IF I HAD TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION I HAD PAID, WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
If you have to cancel the reservation you booked and paid for, the money will be returned as a credit to the online store when the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the start of the reservation.
You can use this credit to pay for your next game reservation. You can see the available balance in the payment methods of the online store in your wallet ''Lompakon saldo'' when you add a new reservation to the shopping cart.
You cannot get a refund for a shift that has already been paid for in any other way.
If you have used the electronic 10 times CARD for the reservation, the time spent in the shift will be returned to the card for use.
Please note that after cancellation it may take a few minutes before the credit is available in ''Lompakon saldo''. If the credit does not appear in your payment methods after a while, you can try logging out and logging in to the online store again. In case of problems, contact our customer service.
CAN I COME TO THE SALIBANDY COURT JUST TO PRACTICE TRICKS, etc.?
There are a few open practice game reservations per week. You can come to the shift alone or with a friend.
In this reservation calendar, you can see the game times reserved for training, you can reserve a spot for yourself in our online store.
I WANT TO BOOK A WEEKLY BOOKING, HOW DO I DO IT?
Weekly reservations must be made either by email jpj(at)jpjliikuntakeskus.fi, by phone at 019722422 or on site. The weekly reservation agreement must be signed at our customer service before the first reservation begins.

cAN I TRANSFER MY WEEKLY BOOKING someTIMEs?
Yes, you can make changes to the reservation. You can move your game reservation directly to another day or you can save a time to book it later. Changes to weekly reservations can only be made by e-mail no later than 2 days before the reservation in question.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Birthday reservations can only be made by e-mail at jpj(at)liikuntakeskus.fi
Organizing birthday parties in our premises is only possible during times when our customer service is open. You can see the customer service hours here.
When booking a game, our cafe is available free of charge. The drinks served must be purchased from our cafe, but the food served can be brought by yourself.
There must be a supervisor on the shift if the players are under 16 years old.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can find all the payment methods of our customer service and online store as well as information about our payment intermediaries here.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available for all our sports services and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can also buy Gift Cards in our online store.
When using a gift card at the checkout of our online store, in addition to the code of the gift card, you must select a payment method, which according to current regulations is not automatically selected. Choose the payment method, for example, "Verkkomaksu'' (online payment) and then enter the gift card code in the ''Käytä etukoodi tai lahjakortti'' box.
DISCOUNT CODES
If the product has been given a discount code in our online store, you can enter this code in the SHOPPING CART under ''Alennukset yhteensä:'' (Total discounts) by clicking on ALENNUSKOODI.
IS THERE A SAUNA IN OUR PREMISES?
Yes, both men's and women's changing rooms have shower facilities and saunas.
I FORGOT MY THINGS IN THE DRESSING ROOM, WHAT DO I DO?
We store found goods for 2 weeks. You can ask about your remaining items from our customer service.
