TERMS AND CONDITIONS WEEKLY BOOKING
WEEKLY BOOKING is valid until further notice. The contract is automatically extended from the beginning to the end of the following season (excluding the summer season), unless it is terminated in writing before the end of the current season.
SPRING SEASON 1.1. - 31.5. , FALL SEASON WEEK 33 - 31.12.
CONTRACT TERMS:
Payment for weekly reservations must be paid in advance. Billing is at the beginning of the season and the payment term is 30 days net, default interest is 7%. Payment with sports benefits (smartum, epassi, edenred) must be made in advance. When paying with exercise benefits, the payment processing time is about 3 weeks, depending on the payment method. If the sports benefits have not been brought in by the end of the first month of the season, the payment will be made through invoicing. The rights to price changes are reserved.
In order to get the discount, you have to book a weekly reservation for the autumn season for at least weeks 33/34 - 52 or for the spring season for weeks 1 - 22. The contract for the reservation booked in the middle of the current season must be at least 10 weeks long, so that the conditions of the discount are met. Those who book a weekly reservation also get a discount for individually booked reservations, the discount applies to all racket games included in our service selection.
Reservation transfer conditions: A single reservation of a weekly reservation can be transferred to be played on another day. The use of the transferable reservation can be 1 month before or at the latest
1 month after the day in question. By notifying JPJ's customer service no later than 2 days before the start of the reservation. If the notification of the transfer comes later, you will only get a replacement reservation if the time can be resold. Reservations transferred in time will only be refunded as game reservations of equal value.
Termination of the contract must be done in writing to jpj(at)jpjliikuntakeskus.fi. Termination of the contract by the end of the fall season must be done by 31.12. by or until the end of the spring season 31.5. by. If the contract is terminated in the middle of the season, the reservation will change to the normal price, the price will be in accordance with the normal price list.The given discount will be charged back. The person making the reservation undertakes to make the time of his reservation available for use, if the time is needed for training or competition use. These times are credited as a new reservation during the same season.
