APP INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

DOWNLOAD JPJ LIKUNTAKESKUS APP FROM THE APP STORE

1. You can find our App under the name JPJ Liikuntakeskus

2. After downloading, allow the app to use your location when using the app. Use exact location if possible.

3. Buy the gym product you want from our online store, after your purchase you can enter using our app. All our access rights are personal, letting another person in is prohibited!

WHEN YOU ARE AT THE DOOR OR GATE:

1. Open the JPJ App, on the front page under ''Salikortti'' you will find the AVAA OVI (open door) button, press it to open the menu.

2. From the menu, you can select the item you want to open ETUOVI (= front door) or PORTTI (= gate)

3. When you press the opening door/gate, you will receive the notifications ''Ovi avattu'' (Door opened) and you can enter. At the gate, you can see that the opening has worked when the red X changes to a green arrow.

Outside customer service hours, the front door is locked, in which case you have to use the app to open the front door first and then the gate.

When the front door is locked, each customer must come through the front door with their own access tag. No other persons may be allowed through the front door at the same time the door is opened!

NOTE! If you have a 10 KORTTI for the gym, the time you used will update your access right with a small delay. Even if you open both the door and the gate, the system charges the card for one visit.

NOTE! If you have bought a KERTAKÄYNTI for the gym from our online store, you can also use the 5-digit code, which you have received in your email, on the reader to pass through the front door and gate. Also single visits are personal and cannot be purchased for another person.

IF DOOR OPENING DOESN'T WORK, CLOSE THE APP AND OPEN IT AGAIN. YOU CAN ALSO TRY RESTARTING THE ENTIRE PHONE. Make sure you have allowed the app to use your location!
